How to use essential oils safely

• Diffuse: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser with water to gently scent a room.

• Topical (always dilute): Mix 1–2 drops with 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil (like jojoba, almond, or coconut oil) before applying to skin.

• Bath: Combine 2–3 drops with a carrier oil or unscented soap before adding to bathwater—never add oils directly to water.

• Home & linen sprays: Add 5–10 drops to water with a splash of alcohol or witch hazel, shake well, and mist lightly.

• Never apply undiluted essential oils directly to skin.

• Avoid eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.

• Citrus oils (lemon, bergamot, orange) can cause sun sensitivity—avoid sun exposure on treated skin for 12–24 hours.
