The four different corner shapes are surprisingly useful for scraping every last bit from mixing bowls and pans. I love that it’s made from organic bamboo and feels really smooth in the hand.

The four different corner shapes actually matter more than I expected, the pointed one gets into the seam of my skillet where food always hides. Bamboo feels sturdier than the plastic scrapers I've gone through, and it hasn't splintered after a few weeks of washing.

I've been using this scraper on my cast iron and it lifts stuck-on bits without scratching the seasoning at all. The bamboo feels solid in hand, not flimsy like the plastic ones I've gone through. That it's organic bamboo is a nice bonus I didn't expect to care about.
